The end sometimes comes as a surprise: Rumbleverse will permanently close the servers on February 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Europe time. This ends the only six-month journey of the battle royale, which comes up with wrestling moves instead of firearms.
Before the bulkheads are closed, there will be a few live streams and gaming together with the community. Developer Iron Galaxy Studios also wants to allow a look behind the scenes. Anyone who has also invested real money in the Free2Play game should be able to receive a refund (FAQ should follow shortly).
A glimmer of hope remains: The developers aren’t giving up on the universe and ideas behind Rumbleverse, and express hope that it might come back in the future. In what form remains to be seen.

The news comes as a surprise, after all, Rumbleverse was a promising candidate for release. Our author Dennis is absolutely delighted with the gameplay:
Rumbleverse
Battle royale sensation without a single gun
The players also literally ran into the doors of the title: at times they had to around 100,000 people Queuing to get onto the crowded servers. Rumbleverse appeared on the PC exclusively in the Epic Store and was probably able to convince one or the other Fortnite fan because of the similarly colorful style.

Rumbleverse: The GameStar Undertaker lets it rip
But as often happens in the fast-paced present, the initial hype faded faster than Undertaker daisy
can say. So Twitch viewership also shrank rapidly, which can be interpreted as a useful indicator of the dwindling interest of the players. Speaking of Undertaker, see what Rumbleverse looks like in action in the video above.
