The Witcher is a saga that has many good years ahead of it, to say the least. CD Projekt supports many video game projects, one of which is currently called The Witcher Sirius, a title that should be changed as the set becomes more concrete… and new details about that are reaching us today.

Not easy to see clearly in the future of The Witcher saga. As a reminder, CD Projekt has announced several projects, most of which have code names: for example Polaris corresponds to the brand new The Witcher trilogy developed by the Polish studiowho is currently working on the first episode. We also have Canis Majoris, which actually turned out to be The Witcher Remake.Redesign of the very first game developed by an outside studio, Fool’s Theory.
Then, Finally there is “Sirius”, a frankly fascinating The Witcher as it will feature both solo and multiplayer. It’s notably run by a studio owned by CD Projekt, The Molasses Flood, behind games like The Flame in the Flood and Drake Hollow. A job advertisement that appeared late last year announced that this action RPG would feature procedurally generated environments, alongside other handcrafted environments.

Today, new information keeps emerging, again through downright talkative job offers.
The opportunity to learn that Sirius will indeed be new to The Witcher saga offers both a strong storytelling aspect and Multiplayer that will be based on cooperation but also on PvE (i.e. against NPCs). go back to the narration, this will be non-linear and supported by many cutscenes and fully dubbed dialoguein case you doubt it .
There will also be a class system, social activities, and multiple game modes. Weapons and enemies are also varied. Finally the famous “Procedural Generation Systems” be quoted while the title should contain “strong action-adventure game mechanics”.
There is obviously something to wonder about, but most of all you need to be patient to understand the why and how: no release date is provided and we have no concrete image or video to eat. So it’s not for now.
