The 1971 Project Helios is a support game for the PS4 coming to Q2 2020, which combines modern military tactics with close combat tactics. Firearms and vehicles are scarce, conflicts and attacks never cease, and freezing temperatures destroy both friends and enemies stuck in its path.
The land held by the new ice age
Early in 1942, huge stars fell to Earth, and climate change began the new snowy year. Fast forward to 1971 and the intense temperatures and the powerful storm are now part of everyday life.
The survivors of the dramatic revolution have done so because of Fulgor, a unique force carried by the world by some of the naturalists who have changed their environment dramatically.
In Europe, a new society is born from the remains of the German military and its services to intelligence. By naming it Wintersöhne (Sons of Winter), it has pursued research in refining Fulgor for human use and developing it for military purposes.
In the ashes of the north destruction is born a great religious cult, which serves Fulgor as a divine gift. Denial of technology, the Capphire sect believes that alien artifacts are the ultimate judge of who should live. Getting started on its list requires Fulgor to be immersed in the system intravenly… a very few processes that keep alive. Those who do believe that they are chosen by God.
A desire that unites eight strangers
In this unhappy world come eight separated souls, united by the common purpose of restoring humanity to the forehead. Their quest – your wish – will see you march through the battlefields and mines of ancient times, meeting and fighting different factions, each boasting battle, strategy and strength.
Evaluate your team's skills to develop response-based conflict strategies and one day survive the tundra. Do so and gradually unlock new skills and improve machines, allowing you to customize each character, and ultimately the team, to build new ways to combat the risk you face.
