Pikmin 4 release date set for hot July

During tonight’s Nintendo Direct, the release date was announced Pikmin 4.

The game is scheduled to be released on July 21st.

The latest entry in the series asks you to overcome obstacles by guiding small creatures on a strange planet.

These small plant-like creatures called Pikins can be planted, picked, and commanded to subdue your enemies. There are different types of these curious helpers, such as the red Pikmin (fire), and you can use Pikmin’s miniature powers to explore this mysterious planet.

It features the Ice Pikmin who can freeze enemies and the environment, a bunch of new discoveries, and a dog. Oatchi (pronounced oat-chee) are described as reliable sidekicks who can help with things like smashing obstacles and carrying Pikmin throughout your adventures.
