Backing up the private folder

- If you uninstall the Photos app or clear app data, you will lose all items from your private folder. To save these items, delete them from the private folder before making changes.
Photos and videos in the private folder are lost when you uninstall or clear Google Photos data. Also, if we want to transfer your content to a new device, we have to do it manually, send the photos and videos to the new device, and then reconfigure the private folder.
All this would be solved with the Backing up the private folder. In its configuration, the user can enable a copy of the photos and videos in the private folder to be saved in the cloud. the backup It will be optional, and by default it will be disabled.
