The next-gen version of The Witcher 3 packed quite a few mods together. With all the hustle and bustle, the developers apparently slipped through one change: The private parts of some female NPCs have become much more detailed compared to the original game.
The romantic scenes between Geralt and his lover don’t show the bare private parts, but it’s different with the opponents: The bruxas, female vampires, fight completely undressed, for example. But the mistresses of the forest can also be seen stark naked before their transformation. Where there was no vulva or pubic hair in the previous version of the game, that has now changed in the next-gen version.
If you want to see Geralt’s fight against such a vampire, then take a look at the following cinematic trailer:

my city drew the developers’ attention to what led CD Projekt Red to make a short statement:
The next-gen version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt includes some community mods not created by CD Projekt Red, in addition to numerous improvements created and implemented internally by the studio. Putting everything together was a complex process and the textures in question are an unintended result in the release version. That’s something we’re working on.
This level of detail will probably not stay in the game for too long.
Mod without permission?
The mod responsible probably listens to the name Vagina’s For Everyone – at least that’s what the modder says my city. But not only that: He also claims that CD Projekt Red implemented the mod without being asked. On the official witcher forum However, the developers speak of having asked all modders for permission beforehand.
