Avalanche Software continues to work hard to further improve the gaming experience with the currently so hip and popular Hogwarts Legacy. In addition to eliminating existing errors, the main thing is to optimize performance, after all some players still have problems to complain about in this regard.

On the PC and the Xbox, however, this should already be getting better, as Chandler Wood, the developer’s community manager, now confirms via Twitter. A new update for these two platforms ensures noticeably better performance and also fixes several previously existing bugs.

While the platforms mentioned are already being served, gamers on the PlayStation 5 still have to be patient. Unfortunately, the patch has to be pushed back a few days on the Sony console, which will then also fix the problem with the Collector’s Edition Trophy. After all: The publication is also planned for the rest of the current week.

Hogwarts Legacy was only released on February 10th and has enjoyed great popularity ever since. Accordingly, a number of errors and problems were also brought to light by numerous fan feedback, which Avalanche Software is now gradually tackling.

While the title is available for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, versions for PS4 and Xbox One will not follow until April 4th, and a switch version on July 25th, 2023.
