You can download the Season 2 update now.
Despite excellent sales figures for the release, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 struggling with the dissatisfaction of many fans. From February 15th, Season 2 will not only bring new content for multiplayer and battle royale, but also numerous innovations and improvements.

Download: How much do I have to download?
The big update to Season 2 is about on PC 54 Gigabyte big, so you should take some time for the download. In the meantime, you can check out the Season 2 trailer to get a glimpse of the new content:

If you already have your Battle.net launcher open, the download sometimes doesn’t start immediately. It then helps to restart the launcher once.
Release time: When can I play?
As soon as you have downloaded the update, you still have to register until 7:00 p.m be patient to try out the new content. From then on, you can venture onto the new map Ashika Island in Resurgence mode, or jump into ranked mode:

Content: What new things can I unlock?
A total of 4 new weapons are added with Season 2, which you can use in multiplayer and in Battle Royale. Three of them will be unlocked regularly via the new Battle Pass, you can find all information about them in our article. Only for the new crossbow do you have to pass special challenges, we explain here how you can do them the fastest:
