Have you already seen the fusion of Saitama and Genos made illustration or the haircuts that Genos has? We do, that's why we love the One Punch Man fan art
Obviously this it has never happened in reality, but it has surprised us that the two look as different as they usually do. In fact, Genos doesn't seem to have a bionic body and Saitama preserves her hair and the two seem the best friends at the time of high school. Nor is it impossible to think that this could be true considering how well these two characters get along, but it is a somewhat unreal dream to imagine them together at such an early age.
