With a few exceptions, Big N lets Nintendo Switch players experience new games for free every month as part of the subscription. February 2023 is now available.
Almost every month, Nintendo releases a free trial title as part of its Games on Trial program. An initiative that allows Nintendo Switch players with an NSO subscription to discover a new production for a limited time but with access to all of its content and features. For this month of February, the Japanese company is betting on a very popular license that will be back with a new installment in a few months.
The new Nintendo Switch Online free game is available
The month ends on a high for many Nintendo Switch players. This Monday, February 20th, 2023, a new free game is available thanks to the Operation Trial Game. As the name suggests, every month you can discover new titles in full and without restrictions. The Japanese company therefore takes the opportunity to highlight more confidential titles, such as licenses, which, although appreciated, are unknown to the general public. It’s the Katamari Damacy saga’s turn to capitalize on this small, well-orchestrated publicity stunt.
As announced during the Nintendo Direct on February 8th, 2023, Katamari Damacy Reroll is the new free-to-play game for Nintendo Switch Online. It is timely since the second episode of the saga will have the right to one version revised baptized We love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie from June 2, 2023. Subscribers can therefore discover the for the first time remaster from the first episode with updated graphics and some gameplay improvements. In this new audition, the prince of the cosmos is willing to risk anything to fix his father’s mistakes.
