Fallout 76 players are using scripts to generate in NPCs

Fallout, generate, NPCs, players, scripts

Yuchen 76 players who can't wait for the NPC to officially land are using cheat kits to create their own.

When Fallout 76Next year will launch a "Wasteland Warrior" expansion, which will add the first official human NPCs to the barren world of the game.

Of course, it is not entirely accurate to say that there is no human NPC in the world of Fallout 76, because players found an NPC hidden in the development room. The human NPC Wooby was found in the same room with all other objects in the game world. Obviously, the player does not want to enter that room.

About a year later, Wooby found a new life through a set of unofficial project generation scripts. A group called Dupers R Us used these tools to not only release Wooby for free, but also added NPCs for other games like Fallout 4 and created their own.

"Their capabilities are actually very high," Duper R Us member Thegeminaii told Kotaku about NPC AI. "They will hover over your camp when they are idle, and they will chase their opponents relentlessly in battle, cover and retreat when necessary."

However, as they point out, these NPCs don't yet have all the features you expect. And, for some reason, everyone only wears their underwear.

Of course, there are other applications that cheat on the same. Other applications have been produced in the Prydwen airship of the Fallout 4 Steel Brothers of Steel, and there are NPCs in similar games, such as Preston Garvey and Steel soldier Brotherhood.

Of course, this is not official, but just like Prydwen, you won't be surprised to see random NPCs appear in your game.
