The China League of Legends Professional Tour will resume in March, despite one major difference.
In addition to a series of other esports games, China's League of Legends Professional League (commonly known as LPL) was suspended indefinitely due to the outbreak of COVID-19 (or Coronavirus). The league has been disrupted since January, when people feared that the rapidly spreading virus from Wuhan, China, would pose risks to players and fans across the country.
LPL will return on March 9, but the way this is done may disappoint fans, although it is understandable. The show will be exclusively available online, meaning local League of Legends fans will not be able to participate in the tournament in person.

While stating that the game will continue to be broadcast live on YouTube and Twitch, the statement also specifically mentions that contestants must pass a 14-day quarantine period before returning to the league. Players currently in the isolated provinces are still unable to leave, so it seems they will be temporarily substituted or forced to compete at home.
At present, it is uncertain when LPL will resume standard procedures. As long as the coronavirus remains worrying, it seems that it will remain anchored on the streaming media hub for the foreseeable future.
Despite disappointment, the fans were happy to see their favorite league come back. Although I'm not sure how long the "mouth" is over time.
