New supplies will soon be on the program for Hearthstone, because Blizzard Entertainment has now officially announced the latest add-on with “Festival of Legends”.
In April there is something new to discover in Hearthstone: Heroes of WarCraft, because in the trading card game the elite Tauren Chieftain is putting on the largest music festival in the history of Azeroth. There are 145 new cards in the fresh expansion related to the musical theme, which will also include the new keyword “Finale” and the new keyword “Overhealing” for the priest class.
Each class receives a legendary minion representing that class’s star musician, as well as a legendary spell for that musician’s most famous song. There will also be new weapon cards for each class’ instruments – some with a Deathrattle effect that improves while in play. Soloist minions have special battlecry effects when they are the only minions under your control. Harmony spells alternate between harmony and dissonance each turn they’re in your hand.
Cards with the new Finale keyword gain special bonuses if they spend all remaining mana when played. The new Priest keyword, Overheal, triggers a special effect when you are healed beyond your maximum health. Additionally, the Priest class is getting an overhaul – even of the core set.
As usual, you can secure a pre-sale package in advance. This includes 80 packs, 10 gold packs, 2 random gold legendary cards, the Hedanis priest skin, and the Hedanis card back. The standard pack, also available, contains 60 packs, 2 random non-gold Legendary cards, and the Hedanis card back.
With the release of the add-on there is also the event “Legends take the stage”, which will give you chances for free card packs.
