The Xbox app, essential for PC gamers, has suffered some setbacks. However, the developers regularly update the app to make it easier to use. In March there are two major additions that make it more convenient to use.
It’s easier to find games that suit you
First, the app helps you find fun games with the new “Trends” tab. The latter shows the top 10 games that members play. This collection is updated regularly, so you can always see which games are currently popular in your area. But that’s not all. Now you can say what you like and the app will find other similar games.
In this release we’re also adding a new way to find your next favorite game by telling us what you like. This new “Tell us what you like” guided method of finding a game lets you select options ranging from genre to mood, and then we’ll show you a small selection of game collections based on your choice. You can do this as many times as you like to get new recommendations
