You must find all blue medallions in Resident Evil 4 complete the six “Destroy Blue Medallions” requests.
Requests reward Spinels, which can be spent at the Merchant in exchange for weapons, treasure, weapon attachments, and more! So it’s a good idea to complete all the applications you can.
Some are harder to spot, so we’ve detailed each blue medallion location in Resident Evil 4 below, including where to find the blue medallions at Farm, Fish Farm, Castle Gate, Great Hall, Freight Depot, Cliffside Ruinsand some parasites elsewhere.
Please note that this is a guide for resident evil 4 remake so the locations won’t be the same in the original version.

Resident Evil 4 Farm Blue Medallion Locations
Area: Cultivate.
Reward: Spinel x3.
The very first “Destroy the Blue Medallions” request is picked up from a wall north of the farm area, but you don’t need to pick it up to start destroying the medallions. However, selecting the request adds the medallion icons to your map.
There are five medallions you need to destroy to complete this request. Here’s where to find them all blue medallions at the Farm in Resident Evil 4:

Outside the typewriter room to the south.
Blue Farm Medallion Location 2
Inside the small barn to the south.
Blue Farm Medallion Location 3
Inside the small hut to the west, on the roof.
Blue Farm Medallion Location 4
On the top floor of the closed barn to the east, hanging from the window.
Blue Farm Medallion Location 5
Hanging from the stairs behind the shrine to the north.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations at Fish Farm, Quarry, and Dock
Area: Career at Fish Farm.
Reward: Spinel x4.
The “Destroy Blue Medallions 2” request is picked up from a wall just before the quarry.
There are five medallions you need to destroy to complete this request. Here’s where to find them all blue medallions at fish farm, quarry and wharf in Resident Evil 4:

Well above the northern exit of the quarry.

Under the dock floor.
Blue Fish Farm Medallion Location 1
Hanging inside the first hut to the east.
Blue Fish Farm Medallion Location 2
Suspended from a breach in the planks of the wall to the south.

Found hanging under the wooden path to the north, past the lasers.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations at Castle Gate
Area: Gate of the Castle.
Reward: Spinel x5.
We’re not sure exactly where you get the “Destroy Blue Medallions 3” request, as we destroyed them before we found it, but it’s probably near the door just before entering the castle, or near of the merchant inside the door.
There are six medallions you need to destroy to complete this request. Here’s where to find them all blue medallions at the castle gate in Resident Evil 4:
Castle Gate Blue Medallion Location 1
On the window above the ruined building, you encounter the enemy with the parasite at the top of the castle door. There is a locked door in this building to indicate that it is the correct one.

In the window of the small round structure next to where the cannon is elevated, across the bridge from the first blue medallion.
Castle Gate Blue Medallion Location 3
You can see this blue medallion when looking north from the location of the second blue medallion, where the cannon is raised. It’s far away, hanging from the castle, you might want to use a rifle with a scope to destroy it.

Suspended above the area, you jump and lift the cannon from under the second and third blue medallions.
Castle Gate Blue Medallion Location 5
We got this blue medallion by climbing the ladder after raising the cannon and looking left. It hangs from the tower to the right of the spiral steps.
Castle Gate Blue Medallion Location 6
The last blue medallion is located next to the treasure box, which is near the ruined building with the parasitic enemy and the first blue medallion. However, you must go the long way and climb the ladder near the gun room to reach this medallion, unless you have already unlocked the door of the ruined building.

Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations in the Great Hall, Dining Hall, Armory, and Gallery
Area: Great Hall (and adjoining rooms).
Reward: Spinel x5.
The “Destroy 4 Blue Medallions” request is picked up from a table by the merchant in the Great Hall.

Great Hall Blue Medallion Location 1
Suspended above the right side at the very beginning of the Great Hall, after entering through the Courtyard.

Up the stairs, far east of the Great Hall, hanging from the balcony behind the statue.
Great Hall blue medallion location 3
This Great Hall medallion is actually very difficult to spot, as it is inside the chandelier at the top of the Great Hall. It looks like one of the bulbs, so look for one with a faint blue glow.
Dining room blue medallion location
Hidden behind a curtain at the end of the dining room.
Blue Armory Medallion Location
The top floor of the Armory, suspended above the south side.
Gallery Blue Medallion Location
On the ground floor, next to a pillar to the south.
Resident Evil 4 Blue Medallion Locations at Cargo Depot
Area: Depot of goods.
Reward: Spinel x5.
The “Destroy Blue Medallions 5” request is picked up from a wall in front of the merchant just north of the Facility 1 storage. You can only get it after finding the level 3 keycard and rescuing Ashley from his cell.
There are five medallions you need to destroy to complete this request. Here’s where to find them all blue medallions at the Cargo Depot in Resident Evil 4:

Found under the far east of the Cargo Depot as you enter from the south side, near the cliffs at the edge.
Cargo Depot Blue Medallion Slot 2
On the ground floor of the Cargo Depot, on the north side above some square cages.
Cargo Depot 3 blue medallion location
Also on the ground floor, but on the south side, between two shipping containers.
Cargo Depot 4 blue medallion location
This blue medallion hangs high above the Cargo Depot, above the southern entrance to Facility 1 Storage. If you are standing exactly where we are on the map below and looking towards the south, you will be able to see it.
Cargo Depot 5 blue medallion location
Another hard one to find, but if you stand above the stairs leading to Facility 2 and look southeast, you’ll see this blue Cargo Depot medallion hanging from a circular structure.
Resident Evil 4 blue medallion locations at Cliffside Ruins
Area: Ruins on the side of the cliff.
Reward: Spinel x5.
The “Destroy Blue Medallions 6” request is the final Blue Medallions side quest in Resident Evil 4. It is picked up on the wall leading to the Cliffside Ruins to the south.
There are five medallions you need to destroy to complete this final medallion request. Here’s where to find them all Blue Medallions at Cliffside Ruins in Resident Evil 4:

Return from where you picked up the request and look to the right. The blue medallion hangs from scaffolding.
Cliffside Ruins blue medallion location 2
You can get this blue medallion on the ground floor or go down the ladder. It hangs from the ruins near a treasure trove to the north.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion Location 3
Go down the ladder to where the treasure is and look north through a hole in the ruins to see this medallion in front of you.
Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallion Location 4
You need to have a good angle to see this blue medallion, so stay in the area under the ladder near the treasure and stand in the same place we are in the map image below. You will then see this Cliffside Ruins medallion hanging from the tower above you if you look to the southwest.

We actually had a hard time finding this locket, because we couldn’t figure out what floor it was supposed to be on.
The last blue medallion in the Cliffside Ruins is behind the ladder that leads to the treasure. Move further to the left if you can’t see it right away.
