According to the long queues, Blizzard should be quite happy with the Diablo IV beta. At least in terms of player numbers. Unsurprisingly, some hardcore fans have already proven their skills. The tough world boss Ashava was probably not challenging enough for them and so they just beat him up solo.
The open beta of Diablo IV runs until tonight at 9:00 p.m. German time. Here you can bring your characters up to level 25 and play the prologue and the first act to your heart’s content. In the end, the world boss Ashava is a tough challenge waiting for you.

At least that’s how Blizzard developers planned it. The community proved once again at the weekend what it’s made of. Because apparently Ashava was a bit too easy for some players. Activating hardcore mode added a little more thrill. This brings permadeath into play, or to put it another way: If your hero dies even once, it is a scythe and it is irrevocably lost.
Well, that was still too boring for some fans. At least some players have faced the beast solo. Right, completely alone against the world boss of Act 1. Of course, they emerged victorious from the encounter. Streamer wudijo even went as far as killing Ashava not just once with his level 25 hunter, but twice. Each in hardcore mode and alone.
In general, Hunter builds seem to be popular against Ashava. The player Vidjereii also used this class to beat the world boss back to hell in under three minutes.
It’s always amazing what a passionate community can create. So we can certainly be curious to see what successes Diablo fans will announce from June 6, 2023. On this day, the role-playing game will appear on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
