By now, you’re more than likely aware that eShops for Nintendo’s Wii U and 3DS consoles won’t be available for much longer. Nintendo originally announced the closure of 2 eShops last summer, including a closing date of March 27th.
Well, the date has arrived and, unfortunately, the shutdown has now officially happened. Although Nintendo didn’t publicly announce it anywhere on social media, people went to the 2 eShops and found that they really couldn’t buy anything from them anymore. There is either an error message or the store has no games to buy. It’s the end of an era. All that said, if you were planning on buying something before the eShops shut down, we hope you were able to do so.
