Konami has been planning a comeback after basically leaving the console gaming market in 2015 and today announced that the new Osaka Studio is now open. Konami says the new development studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to create revolutionary video games for the current breed of video game consoles. The Japanese company also said it plans to open a Konami Group next-gen resource and development center in 2025. The company outsourced its IPs such as Silent Hill, while another entry was completely rebuilt from the ground up by the Blooper Team. It seems likely that this will continue.
