Social media has been flooded with rumors and speculation about a possible Persona 3 remake from Sega and Atlus. Although there is no official confirmation from the company, alleged gameplay footage has been leaked online, further increasing fans’ excitement. Not too long ago I realized how hooked Person 5 Royal had me, so welcome to a remake of 3.
The leaked images show the game’s turn-based combat in actioncentered on the character of Yukari Takeba, who was also a playable character in the first Persona 3. Although not much is known about the game, the visual effects of the video seem quite elaborate, suggesting that it could be the real source.
Persona 3 Remake wouldn’t come alone
A ResetEra forum member has shared some details about the development of Persona 3 Remake. According to him, Atlus might consider launching this remake or even another game not announced before Persona 6. He also mentioned that both projects are quite advanced in development, which seems like good news for those eagerly awaiting the release.
Persona 6 and the Persona 3 Remake were slated for release this summer, but due to event cancellations and release schedule changes, it’s still unclear when the games will be announced.
