The Strong National Museum of Play (short: The Strong Museum) has announced an apparatus that is likely to delight retro gaming fans in general, but especially moviegoers of the recently launched video game adaptation The Super Mario Bros.
We’re talking about: the world’s largest Donkey Kong arcade machine. An announcement reveals that the giant ape will soon be released from the chains museumofplay.org out.

The most important key data on the super primate: According to the Strong Museum, the arcade machine is almost seven meters tall – more than 370 times larger than the original arcade machine. The device is part of the expanded exhibition space of the museum.
The exhibition space will open in June of this year. The museum’s announcement goes on to say that the XXL Donkey Kong machine should be available for gambling from June 30, 2023.
