Performance mode that will unlock 60 FPS will be released in a post-release patch for Redfall
Redfall, the long-awaited exclusive Xbox Series X/S title will be released in less than a month. Due to its very close release date, we receive new information about the game almost every day. Today it is the turn of the technical section. And it is that the official Redfall Twitter account has announced that the game will be locked at launch at 30 FPS in the X and S series. But do not panic, the mode that will unlock 60 FPS will arrive later in a patch.
The studio has confirmed that Redfall will run at 4K on Series X and 1440p on Series S but both at 30 FPS. From CommunityXbox, we hope that the patch that unlocks Redfall’s 60 FPS will be released as soon as possible. The Bethesda title will be released on May 2 on Xbox Series X/S for $79.99. It’s worth remembering that Day 1 will come to Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass PC.
