US NPD March 2023: Resident Evil 4 Remake No.1 Game and PS5 No.1 Console

The latest NPD Group software and hardware rankings for video games for March 2023 have been released. The top selling video game for March 2023 was Capcom’s Resident Evil 4 Remake and the second best selling game was the hit Hogwarts Legacy coming to the Nintendo Switch System this July. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe remains at number 10. It wouldn’t be surprising to see more Mario- themed games in the top ten for April with the release of The Super Mario Bros. similar to the UK. The best-selling hardware in the United States in March 2023 was Sony’s PlayStation 5 console.
