This was another open secret. Since before the arrival of season 2 of chapter 4 we knew that we would have a new ‘skin’ with a male character from Star Wars in Fortnitenow it is confirmed that the new outfit will be Anakin Skywalker and we already know when it appears in the game.
Through a post on the game’s official social media accounts, Epic Games gave us a first look at the ‘skin’. The image, which you can see below, is accompanied by the message “you have been chosen”.
As you can see, the outfit is based on the appearance of the character in the movie. revenge of the sith —played by Hayden Christensen— and in the animated series The clone Wars. This one joins other outfits from Star Wars in Fortnite like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, Leia, Han Solo, The Mandalorian, Boba Fett, Rey, Kylo Ren, Finn, Darth Vader and many more.
When does the ‘skin’ or outfit of Anakin Skywalker come out in Fortnite?
In a separate postEpic Games confirmed that we can “join the experience” on Tuesday May 2, 2023. This is the date that Anakin’s skin would arrive in the store and it is possible that it will be accompanied by more content from Star Wars in the game. Many predict that lightsabers and blasters will be back.
It is possible that we can also participate in a cup to try to win the ‘skin’. At the time of writing this note, it has not been confirmed.
