Kevin Durant, the 13-time NBA All-Star and two-time NBA Finals MVP, is the next celebrity skin coming to the three multiplayer variants of Call of Duty – Modern Warfare 2, warzone 2.0, And call of Duty mobile phone, mobile phone. Durant is also 6-foot-10 IRL, giving us one of two scenarios here, both of which are delightful.
Will KD be shrunk to the size of a normal human or will they put a 6’11” dude in a shooter because that’s hilarious either way https://t.co/ShzS3YQ699

Scenario 1: (Very unlikely.) Call of Duty developers have kept Durant at his actual size compared to other operators with an appropriate hitbox, making him as follows: the anti-opportunity job for this particular first-person shooter. Even less likely is that he’s 6-10 with a 6-0 or 6-1 hitbox, meaning everything from his collarbone up is a miss. Dome-shot that, fool!
Scenario 2: M ore plausibly, Durant was put in the shrinker and lost about a foot or so. This is because Call of Duty uses standard hitboxes, meaning no one gains an advantage (or disadvantage) based on size, at the cost of some minor correct or incorrect hits and misses.
We reached out to an Activision representative yesterday to ask what it was, but we haven’t heard a response yet. In my email, I suggested a third way, which is that, yes, this operator is standard Call of Duty size, but he’s Durant’s alter ego, “Easy Money Sniper” (which happens to be the case Durant’s Instagram handle
Apparently, Activision and Durant won’t go that route, though. A Facebook post Wednesday afternoon confirmed that EMS and KD#35 are one and the same. Anyhow, the Easy Money Sniper skin will be available as a limited-time bundle on the Call of Duty Store during Season 3 Reloaded, which begins May 10th.
