One thing has to be left to Kurt "Kurt0411" Fenech – he is persistent. For some time now, the professional FIFA streamer has been in a kind of mud fight with none other than Electronic Arts. Because the publisher recently banned the former professional from all EA games.
However, the streamer quickly created another EA account, which was immediately blocked again. So Kurt created a third account and continued streaming on Twitch under the motto "Ban to Glory". EA does not seem to like that, which is why they are now using more drastic means: Instead of blocking Kurt's third EA account, the publisher apparently has one Spell on Twitch

The debate about Kurt has not only dragged on this week. The professional has clashed with the publisher in the past and has therefore already been excluded from tournaments. EA gives this as a reason toxic behavior of the playerwho is said to have raged against EA and other streamers.
Electronic Arts doesn't get tired of working against its streams. Here is the exact schedule of the blocks that Kurt has received in the last few days:
- The most recent spell of Kurt0411 was on February 24th. EA even publicly announced on Twitter that Fenech's account had been banned from all of their games.
- A few days later, Fenech opened a new account, which he named ElderScrolls6931. Fenech streamed under this name on March 3 and reached a viewership high of over 15,000 users. After that, this account was also blocked by EA.
- Kurt's third ban now does not affect his new EA account. Instead, his Twitch account was blocked the day after during his stream. So far, however, only temporarily.
Basically, EA cannot simply decide whether a Twitch streamer receives a warning or not. After all, it must violate the Twitch guidelines. Apparently, EA has committed a copyright infringement in this case. This follows from an email Kurt shared on Twitter:
Nothing to do with Twitch, the same EA employee filed a complaint using EA's name to once again copyright-strike my channel. Kurt wrote in the tweet that the complaint came from the same EA employee who had previously been involved in the bans. According to Kurt, EA had never attempted to talk to him.
