As this meme said: Stop having fun! Can’t you see it’s a very bad game?
Like every weekend, at Xbox Generation we like to take a look at what our readers with an Xbox One or an Xbox Series have played the most in the last 7 days. Normally there are usually not many changes in this list, with Fortnite, GTA Online or Warzone leading the way, but on other occasions we see rarities that catch our eye or titles that at launch are capable of have their usual games “parked”, as seems to happen with Redfall.
Of course, we are well aware of the Redfall controversy, the multitude of negative reviews and the anger of a large part of the community, but precisely on this same spectrum there are also many players who benefit more or less. And this is reflected in the list of most played xbox this week
Here are the 10 most played games on Xbox this week
- Fortnite
- Call of Duty Modern Warfare II (Warzone)
- FIFA 23 (For Xbox Series and Xbox One)
- Forza Horizon 5
- Grand Theft Auto V
- rocket league
- Apex Legends
- red fall
- Roblox
- Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
In this case, only Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a single-player game, with no multiplayer whatsoever, but along with Redfall and Forza Horizon 5, these are the only ones that aren’t literally free. Xbox Game Pass is a big part of its success, that’s clear, but it’s been over 10 days since launch and Redfall continues to hold its own. Maybe if this 60fps patch doesn’t take long, it will have a much bigger impact on the community. We will be watching over the coming weeks.
