All of the abilities in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom are impressive, but Recall may be the most powerful of them all.
Tear of Kingdoms has many differences compared to its predecessor, and even if some things remain the same, one of the most notable changes is the four main powers that Link wields. Ultrahand lets Link pick and build a series of wacky contraptions, Ascend basically lets you cheat games, and Fuse even lets you recreate scenes from the animated series. But perhaps recall, its ability to rewind the movement of nearly any object in the game is probably a powerful ability for many.
There are places where it’s obvious that Recall should be used; for one thing, there’s a plethora of shrines, as well as throwing stones or spiked steel balls at enemies, as we’ve seen in the trailer. Of course, we won’t see the full capabilities of Recall until players get to play the game themselves, and so far, it looks pretty impressive.
First, there’s a clip from the Waypoint team where Austin Walker is experimenting with Recall and Ultrahand. In the clip, he uses the Ultrahand to move Wing over the chasm and bring it safely back to Link on land. After that, he uses Recall to flip the Wing back over the hole, then jumps on it, and glides down below.
Then there’s this video of finnsfrank on Reddit, again using the same two abilities and another Wing to help them glide from island to island.

By pairing the Ultrahand, Recall and Ascend together, this user went even further, essentially creating an elevator.
I think the new powers each seem a bit professional and rigid, and I end up worrying too much

You can also use Recall to attach a fan to the mid-wing flight for an extra boost.

Oh, and you can also use it to catch a chicken wing that would otherwise be doomed. Priorities!
Old God: I give you the power to bend time to your will. Use it wisely, because the world is counting on you. I grabbed the drumstick: Huh?
