We will be honest. Although Thalita, Renato and The Skull Merchant like us, the ‘Tools of Torment’ update left us a bit disappointed. Fortunately, the future of the game looks quite promising. A recent leak revealed that details of the June ‘Final Stream’ update Dead by Daylight that brings the new murderer The Singularity, the survivor Gabriel Soma and we learn that later on, nothing less and nothing more than the actor Nicolas Cage will arrive.
It is a meme that this actor does not say “no” to any project and that is why we see him both in excellent films and in the most terrible productions. But we appreciate that he said “yes” to appear in this video game.

Now let’s meet the new killer The Singularity and the survivor Gabriel Soma from ‘Final Transmission’, the next update of Dead by Daylight. This killer has a very topical theme, as he is an artificial intelligence that became aware of itself and mixes its technology with organic material.
We know less about Gabriel Soma, but we cannot help but think that his last name is a reference to the excellent sci-fi horror game from Frictional Games. The design of the assassin that accompanies it reminds us a lot of the “creatures” of that title.

According to the leak, this new content will be available Tuesday June 13, 2023.
When does Nicolas Cage get to Dead by Daylight?
The trailer only says that “we will know more on the 5th of July.” But thanks to the year eight roadmap leak we know that he will be the only protagonist of volume 16 that will arrive that same month.
After Mr. Cage new characters will come to DbD in August, November, January 2024 and March 2024. We also know that collaborations are coming with the bands Slipknot, Iron Maiden, the designer Ikumi Nakamura and the game Naughty Bear.
These won’t be new characters, but costumes and cosmetics for existing Killers and Survivors.
