news culture “It’s heartfelt, fun and breathtaking. I loved it”: Even superhero fans loved The Flash
A bolt of lightning leaves us, another comes! In a few days, the final episode of The Flash will air, leaving plenty of room for The Flash starring Ezra Miller. Coming out in the midst of the DCU’s redesign, the feature film still has a lot to convince. However, it seems to be on the right track!
The Flash: a real bet for DC!
Despite setbacks from Ezra Miller, who cast doubt on the production for a time, Warner Bros. has invested nearly $220 million in The Flash.
And if The Flash’s presence wasn’t enough to draw audiences to the theaters, maybe the presence of two Batman will manage to get the film to the box office. We have seen it in the various trailers but we will find the Batman of Ben Affleckseen in the snyderverse movies but also in that of Michael Keaton ! The actor actually returned the costume more than 30 years after Batman’s return. Something that will delight fans who can’t wait to see it how Barry Allen’s story will fit together in this strange multiverse. In any case, the public remains attentive to the first yields.
It must be said that The Flash almost looks like a survivor, and it is not yet known if this version of the character will have a place in James Gunn and Peter Safran’s new DCU. We therefore notice, be it through the various publications as well as in the social networks, that the film is expected but many questions remain in the air. Maintaining the film’s release shows to some that the new makers believe in it and the early returns are pointing in that direction.
The film appeals to a renowned author who, however, is not a fan of the genre! A good sign?
To go even further: The Flash even seems to appeal to some fireproof folks. One of those people is none other than the world famous author StephenKing, who never concealed a general disinterest in superhero films, although he did not fail to highlight those he liked. The latter has therefore recently become the case invited to a previewand it seems to have particularly appreciated the feature film by Andy Muschietti. He even says he loved the film, which is relatively rare:
I got a preview of THE FLASH today. I don’t really like superhero movies, but this one is special. It’s heartfelt, fun and breathtaking. I loved it.

I attended a preview screening of The Flash today. I’m not usually a fan of superhero movies, but this one is special. It’s sincere, funny and moving. I loved.
Particularly laudatory adjectives in regards to The Flash, which should put the skeptics at ease. Another user of the social network apparently couldn’t believe his eyes because he James Gunn challenged head on to find out if it was trueto which the director of Guardians of the Galaxy 3 replied: “Of course it’s true”. Unless you attend another preview, you’ll have to wait a few more weeks to discover this new story Barry Allen will travel back in time to try to save his mother.
As you can imagine, the manipulation of space-time will not go unnoticed. He will find himself in a world where Superman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman are no moreand will have to face the terrible General Zod, determined to make the Blue Planet a new Krypton. Will he be able to save his mother, stop Zod from carrying out his plan and become a true hero? Answer in June!
