At E3 2019, Ubisoft announced an arcade-heavy action sports game with Roller Champions and made it playable for a short time. Then the title became quiet, but this now returns to the scene.

After Ubisoft made a smaller pre-alpha demo available to everyone interested in the E3 announcement last year, Roller Champions had become largely silent as a result. Selected players can now get a picture of the game several months later.
The developer and publisher have now announced that a closed alpha test phase will start in the coming week. This should be carried out in the period from March 11 to 23, 2020, the pre-load of the necessary client should be possible from March 9.
However, not everyone can participate, but – as mentioned – only selected players. To have a chance to be there, you have to register on the activated website, You also need a Ubisoft account, as only Uplay owners are authorized on the PC.
All chosen ones should be informed by email and can then download the client via the Uplay launcher. If you are not there, you will at least be placed on a waiting list and will automatically get a chance to participate in the planned closed beta. If you're already lucky, you can already invite two of your friends to the corresponding Uplay list to the test phase for the Alpha. Matchmaking also supports groups of three.
The client will be around 3.5 GB in size and the system requirements of the Alpha are as follows:

- Processor: 2.5 GHz (four cores)
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 970 or better / AMD Radeon 390
