During the PlayStation Showcase special presentation in May 2023 we finally got to see the new wall-crawling hero title in action. A new cinematic trailer and gameplay trailer revealed Kraven the Hunter as the main villain of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and they also confirmed the presence of the Lizard, more characters, we saw Peter Parker wearing the Venom suit and we have details of when the game is coming out.
New Trailer: Introducing Kraven the Hunter
In the first preview they simply introduced us to the villain and explained that he traveled to Manhattan looking for new hunt ing challenges.
Which characters does Kraven the Hunter see in the trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
The characters that appear on the screen are Black Cat, Prowler, Wraith, Tombstone, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), Spider-Man (Miles Morales), el Lagarto, Taskmaster, Shocker y Kingpin.
New gameplay trailer for Marvel’s Spider Man 2
The new trailer for Spider-Man 2 confirms the presence of the Lizard and that we can control Peter Parker using the Venom suit, which gives him new abilities and makes him more violent, something that will definitely be important in the plot. We also see that we will control Miles. We don’t know if we’ll be able to switch at any time between the two outside of missions.
This trailer is almost 11 minutes long.
When does Marvel’s come out Spider-Man 2?
The trailer confirms something that had been rumored for a long time and that is that the game will be released in the last quarter of 2023 for PS5.
