Blizzard’s new action role-playing game Diablo 4 is released, but problems can always arise when large online games are launched. The login may not succeed, there are lags or even crashes. There could be server issues with Diablo 4.
We collect problems at the following point, the players and we learn about them and give you suggestions for solutions. Maybe they work and your adventure in Sanctuary can continue.
Login not possible
You can’t log in.
If the login fails, this could have something to do with server problems. But also check that your Battle-net account is correctly linked to your platform account (e.g. PSN).
Online game not possible
You cannot play online.
Check if your local internet connection is working. You must also have PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold (included in Game Pass) on console, otherwise you will not be able to play. If the problems persist, it is possible that there are server problems at the moment. Otherwise, try restarting your platform.
Couch co-op for three or four people is not possible
You can’t play 3 or 4 players on one TV.
Couch co-op only works with two players in Diablo 4. However, two players can join online teams in couch co-op.
Diablo 4 will be playable in Early Access on June 2, 2023 on PC and consoles such as PS5 and Xbox Series X. The action role-playing game will be released regularly on June 6th.
