Aeons ago, the Fiat was called Topolino 500 times. Now Fiat is resurrecting the name with a very distinctive electric car. It has no doors.

- Fiat announces a new, extremely compact electric car.
- The name Topolino (Italian for “little mouse”) goes back to the presentation of the Fiat 500 in the 1930s.
- Technically, the electric car should also be based on the 45 km/h Opel Rocks-e.
The Stellantis Group, which owns the Opel and Citroën brands, has announced a new mini electric car with an evocative name. Technical information and a price are not available when the first picture is published. But it stands to reason that the car is based on the Opel Rocks-e and the Citroën AMI.
Because like these models, the new Topolino should be loud press release be designed for young people and novice drivers aged 15 and over. “As a sustainable city vehicle with the dimensions of a microcar, the new Fiat Topolino is designed for urban areas. The Fiat Topolino offers new drivers from the age of 15 a safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly alternative to motorized two-wheelers,” it says here.
