Multiplayer games coming soon
With the multiplayer update, Mario Kart Tour finally has a multiplayer mode. Players have been waiting for many months, but soon you can start playing against your friends. Then you determine the rules!
After the release of the Mario Kart Tour, many players were disillusioned due to a lack of proper multiplayer modes. Nintendo will finally offer this feature on March 9, 2020 as a free update with three major contents.
The first is a local multiplayer match. The benefit of dueling with friends in your area is that when creating the lobby, you can adjust the racing rules to suit your mood. To do this, you must activate the use of location services from your iOS or Android device.
Nintendo doesn't know much about the second innovation. As Nintendo said, these are live matches against "competitors from around the world." Change brings different rules every day. It's not clear from the news whether these races can only be played with registered friends, or if you can also compete with strangers.
In addition, Nintendo will expand paid Gold Cartoon Pass in Mario Kart [download here]. From March 9th, you can solve the fast-paced 200cc golden game here. If you want to buy additional passes, it costs about 5.50 Euros in the mobile game store.
