Diablo 4 Walkthrough Keeping Old Traditions
If you’re looking to complete all of the side quests in the Dry Steppe region, you should head to the Area of the Indomitable Scarps and collect the Solitary Offering
The Dry Steppes are the desert area west of the Fractured Peaks and Kyovashad City. If you pin a marker at the map location we have below, you can follow the line on your minimap to easily find the solitaire offering.
When you collect the Solitary Offering, a marked blue area will appear on your map. Go north into this blue area to find a praying statue carved into a wall outside in a place called Valley of the Strayed. You can check the text in the upper right corner of the screen, next to your minimap, to see the name of any area you are in if there is an issue with tracking a quest.
To complete the Keeping the Old Traditions quests in Diablo 4, you must use the “Yes” emote while standing in front of the statue in the valley of the Lost Area of the Dry Steppes.
If it’s not one of your default emotes, bring up the action wheel by pressing “E” on PC, or the d-pad if you’re playing with a controller. Then tap the “Customize” button displayed below the action wheel.
Go to the “Emotes” section, then scroll down until you find “Yes”. Click on it and assign it to a slot on the emote wheel.
All you have to do now is bring up the emoticon wheel again and click on the “Yes” emoticon. A hidden chest will emerge from the ground and you will need to open it to fully complete the quest.
For completing Keeping the Old Traditions, you get:
- Fame of the Dry Steppes
- XP
- Gold
- Weak Crushing Elixir
- Weak Elixir of Acrobatics
I hope you have fun completing side quests in Diablo 4!
