Last week The price is correcttwo of the most popular things on TV happened: Someone has made a big profit prize on a game show, and a guy got hurt. Conveniently, both happened within the same 30 seconds.
Here are photos of the participant Henry successfully guesses the price of a Hawaii vacation – and wins for himself and his family a Hawaiian holiday—He then celebrates appropriately, jumping around while presenter Drew Carey is ecstatic in the background:
Unfortunately, that celebration came at a price: somewhere between Carey’s high-five and having to SPIN THE WHEEL, Henry dislocated his shoulder, and while the adrenaline seemed to carry him through those first few happy seconds, he actually had to SPIN THE WHEEL, the poor guy was not well.
Looking embarrassed and in no small amount of pain, Henry had to be escorted back onto the stage by a staff member and his wife Alice, who was then designated as the one who had to spin the wheel.
Which she did, for an unexpected Ugg-wearing TV cameo on the game show and landed a 95, which made it happen other one arm Celebration before Drew had to remind the guy, “Don’t hurt yourself.”
Says the show’s crew ““Henry is better now and he’s healed,” and he’s ready to go on his big vacation. To conclude this (ultimately) happy story, I would like to say: I just want to start by saying congratulations Henry, I’m glad you’re feeling better. Second, I want to applaud the NBC writer for pulling off this crowbar gag into her essay:
She also proved that she has quite a magical talent by spinning a 95 and showing that she can definitely (dislocate) the load.
And third, dammit, Drew Carey is looking Great.
