A Dark Rampage has come to Pokémon GO to endanger the Pokémon that live peacefully in the world.

This new investigation is one of the many missions the game will have in the coming weeks, including the arrival of Mega Rayquaza, Raids, June Eggs, and all promotions such as Prime Gaming gifts and Gift Codes in June.

But in the A Dark Rampage Special Research, you can find exclusive tasks and rewards that will surely encourage you to fight.

A dark rampage in Pokémon GO

The Pokémon GO Dark Rampage Special Research has already started and will be available in-game until September 1, when Season 10 ends.

At the same time, the Team GO Rocket Takeover has begun, and new Pokémon have also arrived for leaders Sierra, Cliff, Arlo, and Giovanni.

During this special research, Team GO Rocket balloons will be shown every 3 hours instead of 6 hours, and rookies will grab PokéStops more frequently. You can also make a Dark Pokémon forget Frustration by spending a Charged Attack TM before the event ends.

Remember that you must have completed previous Team GO Rocket missions to unlock the Special Research. This will be added automatically as soon as you do, even if the event has already ended.

First phase of A Dark Rampage in Pokémon GO

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 5 Pinap Berries.
• Spin 5 PokéStops/Gyms – 10 Poké Ball.
• Defeat 3 Team GO Rocket Grunts – 1 mystery component.

A Dark Rampage phase 1 rewards:

• 1,000 EXP.
• 1,000 stardust.
• Meeting with Aaron.

Second phase of A Dark Rampage

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 5 Pinap Berries.
• Transfer 10 Pokemon – 10 Great Balls.
• Defeat 6 Team GO Rocket Grunts – 3 mystery components.

A Dark Rampage phase 2 rewards:

• 1,500 EXP, 1,500 Stardust.
• Meeting with Graveler.

Third phase of A Dark Rampage

• Defeat Team GO Rocket Arlo Leader – 2,500 EXP.
• Defeat Team GO Rocket Cliff Leader – 2,500 EXP.
• Defeat Team GO Rocket Sierra Leader – 2,500 EXP.

A Dark Rampage phase 3 rewards:

• 2,500 EXP.
• 3,000 stardust.
• Super radar rocket.

Fourth phase of A Dark Rampage

• Find Team GO Rocket Boss – 10 Hyper Potions.
• Fight Team GO Rocket Boss – 10 Ultra Ball.
• Defeat Team GO Rocket Boss – 6 Revive Max.

A Dark Rampage phase 4 rewards:

• 3,000 EXP.
• 3,000 stardust.
• Meeting with Sableye.

Fifth phase of A Dark Rampage in Pokémon GO (Final)

• Claim reward! – 2,500 stardust.
