Mark Gurman has leaked Apple’s roadmap for 2023 and early 2024, that’s all we’ll see in the coming months.
We’re in the middle of 2023 and there are still plenty of Apple devices to show off. We are entering the best time of the year for Apple users with updates in virtually every category, iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and iPad they could be renewed in the coming months. And Mark Gurman told us what he expects from Apple.
Everything Apple will launch later this year and in early 2024
Mark Gurman confirmed the launch of interesting devices that we didn’t know if they would be updated, in addition to showing what Apple’s release roadmap will be in the coming months.
iPhone 15
Of course, the iPhone 15 is a device that confirms itself. Its launch will be in September and we will again have 4 variants: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Among the most notable novelties, we have a slight Changed exterior design, removal of notch across range, USB-C connection, camera improvements and some other cool stuff.
Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Apple Watch Series 9
Last year, Apple introduced its most ambitious Apple Watch ever. Apple Watch Ultra has the biggest screen, the longest battery life, the best water resistance and endless features dedicated to the most adventurous. We weren’t sure if this model would be updated this year, but Gurman confirmed it, there will be Apple Watch Ultra 2 in 2023although we don’t know the possible news.
Similarly, the reporter also disclosed that we will see an Apple Watch Series 9 this 2023, although again we do not know the possible news. We’ll see if this long-awaited design change finally arrives.
New iMacs
The iMac is the only Apple computer that was stuck on the M1 chipthe company hasn’t updated it to the M2 chip and everything seems to indicate that the reason is that this chip will be skipped, so we won’t get a new iMac until Apple introduces the M3 chip.
Moreover, Gurman indicates that we will not only have a new 24 inch model with M3 chipApple also works well in a Larger iMac with 30-inch screen. It may be the revival of the iMac Pro and comes with more powerful chips.
iPad Pro with OLED display
We may not get an iPad Pro this year and Apple will keep it until 2024 to include OLED displays. Gurman says these iPad Pros are codenamed J717 and J720 and they should integrate the M3 chip
New iPad Air
The last renewal of the iPad Air took place in mid-2022 with the incorporation of the M1 chip. Apple should be working on a redesign, although we are unlikely to see it this year, it may arrive in 2024 with the M2 chip and some other news.
New MacBook Air models
Assoon as Apple introduces the M3 chip, current MacBook Airs will be updated immediately. But given that Apple just introduced the new 15-inch MacBook Air, that probably won’t happen until 2024.
14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips
There Next-gen MacBook Pro will feature new M3 Pro and M3 Max chips, which will likely follow the M3 chip. So we may not see these new Macs until mid-2024.
It seems to be the The future of Apple in the coming months of 2023 and early 2024. It’s also worth bearing in mind that Apple must at some point reveal the release date for the Apple Vision Pro, which will be in early 2024.
