Due to popular demand, P’s lie Demos are now available indefinitely.
Neowiz announced that the demo was among the top 100 most popular games on Valve’s service during Steam Next Fest. It also topped Steam’s Daily Active Demo Players and Most Popular Upcoming Games categories as part of Steam Next Fest.
The demo will be released not only on Steam, but also on PlayStation and Xbox systems.
If you plan to try the demo, you’ll find that it provides access to the first two chapters. It also includes boss encounters, key character introductions, and unique areas to explore.
Reaction to the demo on Xbox was also positive, with a user review score of 4.3/5. The demo has also been downloaded more than 1 million times since it went live during the Summer Games Showcase.
Lies of P is inspired by the familiar Pinocchio story and takes place in the dark, Belle Époque inspired city of Crater. Also known as the Belle Époque, this period was a period in the history of France, Belgium and Europe. It began around 1871 to 1880 and ended in 1914 with the outbreak of World War I.
In the game, Krat was once a beautiful city but is now a living nightmare, with deadly golems rampaging and plagues sweeping the land. You play as P, a puppet who must travel across the city in search of Geppetto and eventually become human.
You can expect plenty of tension, deep combat, a character customization system, and a story with interesting narrative choices, the more lies P becomes more human.
Lies of P will be released on September 19th. Standard and Deluxe editions are available for preorder for $59.99 and $69.99, respectively. It will be available in digital or physical format on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and on PC via Steam.
