Short message for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. 10 catalog releases have been confirmed for July 2023, including a small French nugget.
In just a few days, all PlayStation Plus subscribers can get their hands on a new trio of games. The month of July will be marked by a strong selection consisting of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Alan Wake Remastered and dedicated independent game Endling Extinction is Forever. A nice line-up, then, accompanied by some additional entries in the catalog for PS Plus Extra and Premium members. If it will be necessary to wait until mid-July to discover the lucky new arrivals, we already know the list of outgoing ones. Be careful, there are beautiful people in there.
July 2023 PS Plus Extra and Premium releases
We’re reassured from the start, we’re a long way from the carnage of May and its 35 games ahead, and there’s no house exclusivity on the property. We remember that it was a purely exceptional case on the occasion of the first anniversary of the service. In July, 10 games will therefore leave the PS Plus Extra and Premium. Rarely will there be many “classics” that disappear in a few days. No retro games to speak of, considering Sony remasters of PS3 productions fall into this category. Between Bioshock, Borderlands, and Saints Row, it’s ultimately major licenses that will leave the catalog. However, it is hardly the exits that hurt the most. With the PS5 exclusive contract now complete, Stray will soon no longer be available in the PS Plus Extra. Here’s the full list of July releases:
- Bioshock 2 Remastered
- Bioshock Infinite: The Complete Edition
- Borderlands: The Beautiful Collection
- Bioshock Remastered
- Nervous chuckles
- Marvel’s Avengers
- Raiden V: Director’s Cut
- villain striker
- Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell
- stray
Awesome and awesome games in bundle
Sony has not yet indicated when these games will leave the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalogues. According to the publisher’s habits, it was supposed to be July 18th, the date new entries arrive. This gives you enough days to (re)discover these titles before they become payable to everyone again. Of course, if you haven’t already, we highly recommend checking out the Bioshock trilogy, a video game monument. FPS enthusiasts have a few more weeks to rush to Borderlands The Handsome Collection and enjoy the second installment, considered by many fans to be the best. Another obvious fact: don’t miss the little French Nugget Stray if you haven’t had time to play it yet. The other titles are a lot more anecdotal, but hey, if you want to check out Marvel’s Avengers before it releases on September 30th, we won’t judge you.
