It's officially called Sender: Reminiscing Memories. It is the first issue (of four) and is expected to be out on the 17th of June 2020. Written by Bartosz Sztybor, drawn by Amad Mir and original art by Evan Cagle.

Geralt has become impoverished and weakened as fearsome threats have disappeared. Times have always been difficult for Witchers – but without constant practice, his condition is worse. While Geralt explores new possibilities in his life, he receives a request from the mayor of Towitz, a small town where children are kidnapped by Foglets… but something is amiss about this new threat.
