A few days ago we were telling you about Call of Duty, which had mysteriously relaunched the servers of old Xbox 360 games. Most likely, this is due to the fact that Xbox already has the purchase of Activision in its hand, therefore Redmond they are waiting to hit the table by bringing franchise classics to Xbox Live again.
Let’s not forget that thanks to backward compatibility we have nothing less than 10 fully functional Xbox 360 CoD games on Xbox One and Xbox Series. They are: Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops , Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty: World at War. So there are 10 games that could return and not in sheet form to be competitive online and within Game Pass, love at first sight.
People still love the old Call of Duty
The fact is that it seemed that these games no longer had any interest with users, since some have more than 15 years behind them, and there are already remasters or more modern games in the franchise. Maybe that’s a good gauge for Microsoft, having all those old CoDs on Game Pass is good value already, especially if they’re brought over to the Windows Store.
