Glow in Style: The Solstice, Destiny 2’s in-game event, has returned in the latest update.
Eva Levante has returned to the Tower and extends a warm welcome to the annual Solstice, which celebrates the common ground that helps build a better future. The celebrations take place from July 18th to August 8th. During this time, Guardians can play the Bonfire Party activity to earn rewards such as armor and the first-ever String Rocket Launcher, Crowning Dialogue.
This year there is another chance to earn the Solstice Sigil and the Flame Keeper title by completing the event challenges. Additionally, Solstice 2023 sunglasses can be unlocked for purchase by completing the Fuel on the Fire challenge during the event. Once unlocked through Bungie Rewards, these items can be purchased from the Bungie Store.
Those eagerly awaiting more information about Destiny 2 and the upcoming expansion, The Final Form, can catch the Destiny 2 Showcase event on August 22 at 6 p.m.
