Each week, physical games tracker GfK Entertainment provides some data on physical sales from the UK. However, the latest editions of the rankings have yet to be officially released. It is unknown why this is so, but that does not necessarily mean that we do not know anything about what is there.
In fact, it was confirmed on Twitter earlier today that the number 1 game in the UK box office charts is Pikmin 4, which was released just a few days ago. It also confirmed that “sales are up 45% compared to the October 2020 launch of Pikmin 3: Deluxe.” You can see the tweet breaking the news below.
