The console version of the retro shooter Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition has been postponed indefinitely.
Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition was supposed to take players on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC into a classic 90s shooter adventure starting July 31st.
As Apogee Entertainment, New Blood Interactive and Nightdive Studios now announce, the console version of the shooter will be released at a later, undisclosed date. PC gamers can still start their nostalgia trip at the end of the current month.
New Blood Interactive CEO Dave Oshry cites certification issues on consoles as the reason for the indefinite postponement of the console version of Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition.
