There are many such solutions in the market. Just use this keyword item tracker or locator on Amazon and you will find innumerable solutions at an economic value of just € 25.
However, to date, Apple does not have the same device that acts as a tracker or locator for your most important items, such as buttons or handbags.
Last year, we were able to see a series of movements made by Apple, and related to iOS 13, which makes us think that a product of this kind will be coming soon.
Tag line tracking device in a format that allows you to always have controlled and controlled keys, wallet, wallets and other essentials associated with iOS & # 39; s search functionality.
Release the day
This is proof that Apple is working on the product, that at the last event which was last September, many sectors were announcing its launch and the arrival of the new iPhone 11.
Since this has not happened, when can it happen? We will be betting on our great chance that the launch date will be in the spring of 2020, at an event to be held by Apple in March.
What is AirTag?
Apparently, this is what Apple calls a tracking device, or it has just been named Tag and renamed the code B389. We think Apple named the Air on its label because of the popularity of AirPods.
This seems to be Apple's answer to the product range Tile. It may have a sticker shape that works for what you want to follow, but it looks like it could be a small circular disk with an Apple logo in the center.
This option allows you to shine references to all beta versions of iOS 13. These products and other tests seem to suggest that AirTag will work with the Apple Search app as follows:
- Connect your AirTag to your iCloud account.
- Attach your AirTag keys, purse, or anything you don't want to lose.
- You will receive a notification if your iPhone is not available on AirTag (so do not leave it anywhere).
- If you lose the device attached to AirTag, you can use the & # 39; Search & # 39; app to find it. It looks like the app will use AR technology to guide you where you are.
- If you can't follow it, you can mark it as lost and when someone finds it, you'll receive a notification of your contact information so that the item can be returned to you.
All of this is based on multiple product-specific ratings on iOS 13, as well as on web-screens such as 9to5Mac and MacRumors.
Proof of Apple AirTag
Why are we sure this product will be launched? There is so much information about it, as we've seen. 9to5Mac first reported that Apple is working on a label in April 2019.
At the time, 9to5Mac wrote about the new & # 39; Search & # 39 ;, app that was not yet launched, and showed that the people involved in the application are aware of the new tracker device codenamed & # 39; B389 & # 39;.
Later, in June 2019, 9to5Mac He revealed that there are references to this Tag device in iOS 13. The first beta version of iOS 13 included the product package for the product type & # 39; Tag1,1 & # 39 ;, they wrote.
MacRumors He also wrote about iOS 13's internal integration that includes graphic services, with an image of what appears to be a tracker itself, though it may be an example and not an end product.
There was also an updated interface for the new version of the & # 39; Search & # 39; s app, which was in the beta version of iOS 13 in September 2019. This app (now including older apps Search My iPhone and Search My Friends in one ) had three panels in this beta version: people, devices and stuff.
The first two are compatible with Apple's friends and products, but the third points on label items with a new tracker, the Apple AirTag.
September screenshots obtained by MacRumors also include the device codename: B389. It also includes words such as "Mark your daily items with the B389 and never lose them," which indicates that it's an object tracker.
Experts also believe that the interface will allow you to see the actual material of the collector's dislikes as evidenced by images of balloons from the goods. It is believed that the red and orange balloons will indicate the location of the item using AR technology.
Apple's respected ecosystem analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, supports these rumors. In a September 2019 report, Keo stated that the tags would be based on UWB technology (the widest band), with the highest accuracy of space inside the building.
How will AirTag work?
Electronic design (through MacRumors, and) notes that the UWB "is able to accurately measure the distance between the two devices with a accuracy of 5 to 10 cm, compared with the 5 m accuracy of Wifi and Bluetooth."
UWB is used by iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, suggesting that the tag can only work with these phones. It is believed that users will receive a notification on their iPhone if they leave without access.
However, you can obviously add some neglected areas, such as your home or office. So, you would probably prefer not to be notified when you leave your keys at home (even if it sounds crazy!)
If you lose your tagged device, you can try to find it through the Search app because AirTag (or whatever it is called) will transfer its location using this low-power method between Bluetooth devices.
If you can't find your tagged item, you can mark it as lost. It seems that if it's marked as lost, if someone walks near you, you will receive a notification on your phone and your contact details to return it to you.
All of the information above is a guess of how Apple AirTag might work. We won't know the details until Apple releases a new Tag product, but as we find out more, we'll tell you.
