Talking point: What are you playing for Christmas? (Special Edition 2019)

Christmas

As regular visitors will know, every weekend, we share our playlists for a few days and read all the entries in the comments. In the meantime, however, we're slowly changing things up, meeting to discuss our plans for the holidays instead.

Well, Christmas is (almost) here! The lucky ones among us are definitely going to get an hour or two over the holidays to catch some games, and our team plans to do that in style. Feel free to read our entries, share your polls and comments below, and have a great, fun time!

Anyone reading this, may have had more than enough for me to write about back, but it's never been so choker-packed with games as of late 2019. Not only did I have a whole bunch of games, but I was able to accumulate not included games thanks to sales and compelling purchases.

Whether I finish them or not, I look forward to sitting down with them Fire Cone: Three houses, Link Rise, Donut County, The remainder Edith Finch, 40 SNK Collection, Astral Chain and Cuphead over the holidays. I will probably be pulling out the favorites of an endless multiplayer family Too late 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I did too 1-2-Change Sold recently, now what better time for that game to shine? I've always wanted to test the HD rumble with that ice trick trick.

Playing any of the above would be Brucie-nice bonus, but the only thing I can definitely say is I'll play that Banjo-Kazooie – you must enter Freezeezy Peak for my annual visit! Have a wonderful holiday season for everyone (if you're lucky enough to have broken holidays, of course). Be good to each other.

This weekend, I'll be taking a little break from the emphasis games … Emphasize the word & # 39; especially & # 39; What I want to do, though, is go through my back catalog of last year or download and pick something that didn't get the attention it deserved. Above my head, games like Astral Chain and Blasphemous remember, but I'm sure there are a few others I didn't create!

Besides, I'll be watching bad movies, drinking lots of alcohol, and spending quality time with my good family. Have a wonderful Christmas, everyone!

PJ Oe, review,

Christmas. The best time of the year. It's time to share, care and, most importantly, squeeze in your annual drunken play Dark Souls. I will be jumping for my 8th time using Fromsoftware & # 39; s classic, glass of sherry in hand, dying more than almost every single foe in the game as a mix of alcohol and various cheeses that work their way through my body that greatly affects my ability to pull or to die well.

Otherwise, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed when Santa brings a copy of it Pokémon sword and Nintendo Labo my son asked me to play with them all night while he was in his bed. Really, what would we do without Santa? I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, stay safe and see you in the New Year!

Ah, that is also the time when a family Christmas commitment and a cruel feeling after eating too much gets in the way of this free time I could spend playing games. Woe to me, huh?

As is the case with many, most of my playing time this Christmas may end up being spent on family fun, for most players. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe you always win, no matter who you're playing with, so maybe it's on the table, and maybe others Super Smash Bros. Finally – even though older members of the family may seem eager to quickly hit the buttons to get rid of the tiny yellow mouse and the smiling bloom that lasts for hours on end. Not sure why.

I also caught up Nintendo Labo car kit thanks to those crazy UK sales. When all the restlessness is a little quiet, maybe I'll break that up and feel like a kid, I actually create toys with my hands and driven by something I don't understand. Whatever you do this year with anyone you spend with it, I wish you and yours a good time.

Although not unique, playing video games is one of my family members' best interests and I have always enjoyed working together. Even my grandmother will get a little nervous Mario Kart action from time to time. It is because of this that the holiday season is one of my all time favorites – it's the time of year when my whole family gets together again, and we can all sit down and love each other for hours.

First up on this list is definitely going to be hitting the SNES gaming library on Switch – this is the first Nintendo icon I've ever played growing up, and the real one was my uncle, who was very close to me for years and really my brother. We spend hours playing Super Mario World, History of Zelda: A Historical Link, Super Mario Kart – Ahh, the desire.

After that I found one of my younger brothers Pokémon sword with his Christmas gift – growing up, we all get a game or some other generation of Pokémon games, so we can catch it all. I've played A shoe, so I'm glad to see him face the sword now. After that, I'll just get bored and beat up with all the old games, maybe more Animal Crossing: The New Leaf in anticipation New Horizons (FOR YEARS, PEOPLE). To top it all off, I will be embarking on plans to build a theater / room on my foundation in the new year – so I'm sure I will have plenty to keep me busy.

It's Christmas already, ehh? What happens on time? I swear, as of yesterday that I was over a hundred years old I never did Link Rise remember (if they don't know what the future holds).

This Christmas will probably involve a lot Mario Kart with family, Smash Bros. with my bandmates, and since my niece's nephew is not an exchange of his own, I'll be playing whatever he decides we'll play! I myself have been slowly returning Animal Crossing: The New Leaf and we will probably use the amount of unhealthy time in the next few weeks to plan well the day before New Horizons you take my life in March.

And I've passed through The world over on my 3DS, so I can try to wrap that up before the end of the year to get back Pokémon Shield (which I haven't put in enough time in yet.) 2019 has been a great year for the sport and still, there's a lot I still play. Can I hit the snooze button by 2020? It doesn't matter what toy I will be able to pull on this holiday, this year has been a lot of fun and I won't change it for anything. Thank you all for reading, watching and supporting our work and I hope you all have a wonderful Holidays and a wonderful new year!

Like everyone else here, my Christmas will be a very happy Nintendo. However, I probably won't be welcoming a new game, as I already have a lot of hands on the main Switch release this year.

Instead, I plan to spend a little bit of time playing what I can get to and enjoy the extra content recently added in a few games. One of these topics covers Cadence of Hyrule: A Crypt for NecroDancer. As you may have heard, earlier this week Octavo was added as a playable character, so I'm really looking forward to returning to the music of The Legend of Zelda series.

Apart from that, I also plan to revisit the newly released Shvel Knight: King of Cards extension. I played a lot of this in the first week of its release, but I'm still coming back. With any luck, I can knock it out before the new year. That is for me – I hope everyone here at Nintendo Life has a happy and safe holiday season and we will see you all by 2020.

It's also "Time"! That's right, Star Wars era! Rogue Leader it also bounces daily on my Wii because it's always a classic video game design and bittersitter reminder that the Switch needs more, much more Star Wars love.

At some point I'll try to do well in a few days at work so I can finish both DAEMON X MACHINE and Astral Chain because it's really a shame to have both of you on my to-do list all these months. I'm still frustrated with the screen SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays – there is a lot of content to explore in this latest entry of the series and I must admit I find it difficult to put it down.

To think that last year I had a new hope F-Zero and Metrop Prime 4 and here we stand now and. But I am always dreaming so I will continue to hold on to that one hope for 2020. I wish you all a Merry Calrissian and for the Festival to be with you, always (… but mostly with me).

As always, thanks for reading! Be sure to leave your vote in the voting above and comment below for your sports options during the holidays. Whatever you end up doing, have a good time!
