Capcom announced today that the Resident Evil 3 demo will be playable worldwide on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Steam starting March 19, 2020. After the demo has been successfully completed, an exclusive new trailer will be shown.
As if Jill's fight against Nemesis wasn't exhausting enough, you can complete an additional challenge in the demo. All Mr. Charlie characters have to be found and destroyed for this – while Nemesis is on your tail. A screen counter helps keep track of found statues, and a final number is shown after the demo is complete.

Starting March 27, 2020, there will also be an opportunity to test the open beta of Resident Evil Resistance, the game's 4v1 multiplayer mode. In it you take on the role of mastermind Daniel Fabron and prevent the survivors from escaping. Alternatively, work as part of the group of survivors to escape the villain. So the waiting time until the release on March 3 should pass quickly.
