PC Port Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening offers HD visuals and 120fps scrolling

If you’ve played The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake on Switch and found yourself longing to experience something simple contact more authentic than the original, then this unofficial PC port might be just what you’re looking for.

Available for download via itching.io, Link’s Awakening DX HD takes the Game Boy Color version of the title and amps it up considerably, adding widescreen support, HD visuals and 120fps scrolling.

And not only that, but as pointed out by Digital Foundry’s John Linnemanyou can also zoom out to get a full view of Koholint Island, with every NPC and enemy visible and active exactly as you’d expect. Scream.
