The most recent refresh of that page, starting March 17 at 1:55 a.m. PT, read "Unable to communicate with network service. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

In accordance with Nintendo's Japanese account of the Japanese language, network resources cannot be used in Change. The company apologized on Twitter saying it was working on the issue.

Nintendo's online release of services follows a similar service interruption from the Microsoft Xbox Live platform earlier this week, and comes just days before the launch of the main switch, Crossing the Animals: New Horizons.
